'Tamsin Cooper, director of the National Food Strategy, reviews the National Food Strategy, touching upon what we need to “build back better” in the UK as part of a global system.  The event was held on Zoom on Monday 4th October 2021.   The event was chaired by Dr Simon Doherty FRSB FRCVS, senior lecturer, Queen\'s University Belfast.
